MACIPA Help Desk
The MACIPA Help Desk provides technical support and technical service request management to our member practices. IT personnel log all technical service requests into a support database. All service requests require a ticket number that you will be given by the Help Desk technician if you call the MACIPA Help Desk to report your problem, or by sending an email when you will be sent and automatic response with your ticket number.
MACIPA HELP DESK HOURS OF OPERATION
MACIPA Help Desk hours are 7:30 am – 6:00 pm Monday to Friday.
The Help Desk is closed on Weekends and Holidays with support available for emergencies only.
AFTER HOURS SUPPORT:
After hour support is available for emergencies only, by calling the Help Desk number and following the prompts to leave a voice mail which will send a page to our after hours pager.

In order to assist you with your requests please download and complete the applicable request form and fax it to MACIPA (617-787-1760) or send as an email attachment to helpdesk@macipa.com. You may also fill out our online Help Desk Ticket.
