MACIPA Support Team
The MACIPA Support provides technical support and technical service request management to our member practices. IT personnel log all technical service requests into a support database. All service requests require a ticket number that you will be given by the Support technician if you call the MACIPA Support to report your problem, or by sending an email when you will be sent and automatic response with your ticket number.
MACIPA SUPPORT HOURS OF OPERATION
MACIPA Support hours are 7:30 am – 5:30 pm Monday to Friday.
MACIPA Support is closed on Weekends and Holidays with support available for emergencies only.
AFTER HOURS SUPPORT:
After hour support is available for emergencies only, by calling the MACIPA Support number and following the prompts to leave a voice mail which will send a page to our after hours pager.

In order to assist you with your requests please download and complete the applicable request form and fax it to MACIPA (617-259-2160) or send as an email attachment to firstname.lastname@example.org. You may also fill out our online Support Ticket.
