Network Relations

MACIPA works with BILH Performance Network and Health Plans to provide enrollment, contracting, and operational support to practices.

Our provider relations staff supports practices with health plan enrollment and credentialing. We work closely with the practices to make sure all information is up to date in order to avoid any care or billing issues. New physicians to MACIPA are vetted by our credentialing committee.

MACIPA continually monitors the performance of the health plan contracts our practices participate in and we provide our clinicians relevant information so that they can succeed.

We also provide operational support to assist our physicians and their staff with managing the many nuances with the local payers and federal programs including:

Notification of operational and billing changes by the payers
Support of billing issues outside of the normal appeals process
Distribution of relevant terms and fees that could impact a practice
